WHOLE SCHOOL EASTER ACTIVITIES AND COMPETITION

COMPETITION

 

EYFS and KS1 (Reception, Year 1 and 2)

Create your own picture to brighten someone's day thinking about giving them the 'hope and courage'. There will be 3 winners, a 1st, 2nd and 3rd, each winning an Easter egg. The winners' pictures will be sent out to local surgeries, hospitals and care homes in the community to help brighten their day. Parents can take a photo of the pictures and send them to class teachers via the Class Dojo or email them to office@stmarys.cambs.sch.uk .

 

Key Stage 2 (Year 3,4,5 and 6)

Create a poem around our school values of 'hope and koinonia'. The poem can be as long or as short at you like and be in any style. Please use the books you have been given from school to write your poem in. Your parents can take a photo of your poem and sent it in via the Class Dojo to your teacher or to the office email address office@stmarys.cambs.sch.uk .

 

There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place chosen at the end of the Easter holidays and the winners will receive an Easter egg and their poem being sent out to hospitals, care homes and other surgeries where people will need reminding to have hope for the future and to remember we are all part of a community together.
