Stonewall

Senior and Middle Leaders at St. Mary's have been trained on ensuring school policy and practice is as inclusive as possible. We accessed training from charity Stonewall which is an organisation supporting and campaigning for LGBT+ rights and inclusion. At St. Mary's we have given careful consideration to ensure our policies are as inclusive as possible, not only for our students but for all members of the community we work with. This is an aspect of our school we have developed, and will continue to develop, through our value of koinonia - that is, fellowship: community and belonging. All are welcome at St. Mary's and we welcome each individual into our school with open arms.
