Please take time to read the feedback that your children have given for Knit and natter club. The club has evolved over this year to incorporate sewing as well as art and design aspects.
Sewing skills
This term the children have been learning how to thread and use a needle, a skill that will always come in handie. We designed and made finger puppets, some of us used buttons to decorate, others found some googlie eyes.
We are currently designing a new Alter cloth for collective worship at school. We have taken our stimulus from the spring flowers that Ms Tucker-Vincent brought into club.
The alter cloth is coming along nicely, although the club has finished for this term Ms TV has been sewing throughout the Easter holiday to attach the flowers the children designed.
